actori's approach begins as early as the so-called "service phase 0": From the basic vision, needs assessment, utilisation concept, the development and translation of the spatial programme to the location and the summary of structural framework conditions to the preparation and support of the implementation process. We combine this structural perspective closely with our many years of expertise in the operational and financial planning of cultural, educational and entertainment centres. Our methodological expertise in the field of participation is also utilised in formats such as surveys, workshops, interviews and large-scale participatory events.
We identify, moderate and connect the different perspectives of all those involved in the process: users, planners, those responsible for buildings, construction and urban planning, political decision-makers, but also future target groups. This creates a holistic view of the construction project in order to optimise its positioning in the initial phases.
